Each individual may maintain no more than one active account on the Platform. Should 777bbd detect that a single individual has created or is operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — all such accounts will be closed and any balances, pending withdrawals, or bonus funds associated with those accounts will be forfeited. 777bbd's determination in such matters is final.

2. Account Security and Player Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. 777bbd will never ask for your password via email, phone call, or live chat.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal cap for fully verified accounts in good standing, though individual withdrawal requests above ৳200,000 may be subject to additional review.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. If the original method is unavailable, our support team will coordinate an alternative.
• Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes, around the clock. Processing times may be longer during periods of exceptional demand.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 777bbd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 777bbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, 777bbd will process any eligible real-money balance (net of any unsettled bonus obligations) within five business days, subject to KYC verification requirements.

777bbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; provision of false or misleading registration information; suspected fraud or money laundering; conduct that 777bbd reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players; or regulatory requirement.

Where an account is closed by 777bbd due to a material breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. 777bbd's determination regarding the cause of closure is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out below.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact 777bbd's support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. 777bbd will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of your initial submission, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate legal channels. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

777bbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, provide notice via your registered email address or a prominent on-Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure as described in Clause 9.
